If the screen white then your inner screen is probably damaged. dont do anything to the phone yourself and take it into a phone shop you will tell you the problem and cost.

yea ive got a problem with this phone aswell its just happened to me and my screen is stuck white and i cant fix it ive tryed pullin out battery doesnt wrk... i know this is a late thing but eh
