I brought a Xcute DV2 at Christmas (I live in UK so I got imported, they do have English menus) and I have to say that despite the manual focus, you have to move a dial around, the phone makes a brilliant camera (6 mega pixel). http://forum2.mobile-review.co....php?t=31814
However as a phone it is pretty lousy, the menus aren't well constructed...everything you'd expect from a phone is there though, but just not very eye pleasing.
I will probably look into getting an Xcute DV80 in hopes that they may have sorted some of the problems found in the Dv2 model, there is the bonus of a different design and a better camera as well.
For thoughs of you saying "It's going to cost $1000 at least" or "How can I get in UK", go onto eBay, I got mine brand new off eBay for £150 including p&p delivered directly to the UK.
Hope my grammar and spelling isn't to terrible and that this post will stop some of your spamming and trolling :)

When the phone was released, you can buy it in germany, maybe. But I think Xcute has to solve a few problems. That could take any time...

The phone is great,but it look like we won't see it in most European shops soon. Only radio doesn't have. I wonder how much DV2 stands with mp3 listening on and taking pictures without much talking amd sms-ing. Because the battery standby and talk-time is not much in the specifications.. Any idea ?

That is wrong - Xcute told me that they release it in June - so you don't say the truth.
And yes, it's right. A 5 MP cam, but interpolated to 8 ;)

Ok.
Xcute will release this phone at the end of may - but it's not sure.
I don't know the price, but I think ca. 500€ the same as the DV1/DV2.
If you live in germany you could buy it here: www.vesat.de
For other countrys you have to search for it...

Thanks,you are right. In privious pics i have seen it's not clear that external antena. It is somekind of flip SE phones. The phone is great. But could you tell us more information about where it will be cell and some more features that maybe are not written here or any where. Thanks

That's wrong - the size is right here, because at the top of the phone is a external antenna - that is the reason why the phone has 103mm ;)

meazurement is 94x48x23mm NOT 103x48x23mm as it's written here. The phone have USB port! Also it's camera is CCD (with 2 words much better than standart CMOS in most camera phones)! And it's(the camera) made by SONY! Yes,all that is true! The phone is small candybar,so astonishing! But in Europe markets it would be hard to find maybe..

This too+DV80 has been representated in 3GSM congres 2006. But no one big mobile-phones website on english didn't post any information about these models! Why?! Because they are better then any european&american phone! Look the specifications of the Nokia's newest models.then compare it with the spec. of these 3 phones! The price will be surely not bigger than Nokia's new models! Afcorse without any information no one will be interested! And the phones won't come to Europe!:( In fact the 3gsm congres was in Barcelona(Europe) Think about that! Only few people in Europe will get one of these :( Big brands had took care about not spreading those kind of phones in Europe..
