The phone i regretted selling. Good phone overall, one of my best buy. However, the main problem lies on the camera. The focus isn't good and tends to give blurry images if your hand isn't steady enough. Taking pictures of documents with this phone is a chore but the 6/128 configuration really rocks back in the day (when phones are mostly 32/64 gb). Price was amazingly bang for the buck (hoping the X3 pro/F3 could continue the trend). Battery life isn't that amazing but could still last me a full day.

Of course it wouldn't be able to keep up with recent games (especially Genshin Impact) but for games like Mobile Legends, i'm pretty sure it still could run fine.
Yujikon, 14 Mar 2021I still have it after 4 years and the battery is still same as on day one!The same story with my phone.

I have this phone almost 1 years. In 2021, I think it is not the best gaming phone. I have heating issues. This phone's performance would be the best if it doesn't have the heating issue. Camera and battery are good enough. It only has heat
Issue.
I bought in 2016 and use it until 2019 and give it now to my kids
Excellent phone, have mate 20x for now and it is solid
like the wide screen of it which we miss after 2018
i suggest asus 7 pro to be my next phone wide
Bought mine in 2017 and it still works perfectly. Too bad the dual camera is not for bokeh mode. Screen is good, battery life good...but no MIUI 11 update...tp bad.

I don't understand what people could be doing on their phones that causes such a drain to charge more than 1 time every 24hrs (me its 1 time every 48hrs). :)
I've filled the memory within 14months of having it, had to dump it to a computer, but its still performing as the day I got it. :)

Despite its normal thing that battery would degrade after 2.5 yrs or so, the unlucky thing is that we can't find genuine battery replacement anywhere (if anybody hv info please let me know). Btw I'm using official Lineage OS (v15.1) which fairly stable and significantly lighter than the original.
Bobby, 30 Dec 2018Guys, is this a good phone for heavy gaming? And can I expect it to last more than 2 years? I have the Mi 5 & Mi 5s Plus. Very problematic. Xiaomi is strictly not recommended in my humble opinion.
I'm on Miui 10. Where did the black/white camera mode go???
This phone is suck since updated to miui 9 and 10. They need deleting thermals to be powerfull smartphone.
Bobby, 30 Dec 2018Guys, is this a good phone for heavy gaming?
And can I expect it to last more than 2 years? Well, I have the phone. There is some throttling when charging but otherwise, it fine. I can split screen a demanding game (Dissidis Final Fantasy Opera Omnia) and YouTube and the phone can handle it just fine.
I'd recommend a newer model like the Mi 8 though

Bobby, 30 Dec 2018Guys, is this a good phone for heavy gaming? And can I expect it to last more than 2 years? No it's not. On upcoming year(s) gaming will be more demanding. This phone do handling better than mediocre specs but it's not the best choice to handle heavy gaming usages. You need to find phone with better chipset & better batt capacity.

Global stable Oreo update was coming to my phone on Yest. Around 1.6GiB. At first it lags like crazy however after clearing the caches everything looks normal.
