This phone already had a review, now that this is a really detailed review from gsmarena, does this mean that the redmi3 is finally about to be released globally?? Any info on the India release of this beast?? Cant wait nto buy it!!
Just had a chance to play around with the display unit in directd. Wow the phone is so compact comfortably hold by one hand. Noticeable lag though comparing with the redmi note 3 besides. I won't buy the big note3 even it's cheaper as im not heavy gamer. Quite pricey rm689 if converted from rmb699 but still super value as it's hard to buy now even u fly to china. Will get a gold one and install nillkin tempered glass rm30. Who cares it got itgorilla or dinosaur glass or not.
Anonymous, 29 Jan 2016everything looks nice.. except one thing.. no OTG support.. :-(You should read the review, it say this phone have OTG support
everythings is good but dissapointed with the screen without protection. :-( if corning glass 2 or 3 or dragontrail available in the phone it's so great. but......... :-(
I am planning to buy a new phone and my budget is 10K. Any idea when this phone will be released in India. There are rumours that it may not.
Xiaomi in malaysia had becoming into ap market ady as the official website are doom selling some old model. Sigh..huawei will surpass xiaomi sooner or later if xiaomi Malaysia just care about their marketing strategies and ignore their fans.

Anonymous, 28 Jan 2016Redmi note 3g ,the only mobile of xiaomi without heating issue, rest all other models heats a l... moreI have read so many similar complaints from Indonesian users, where warranty is not respected due to ridiculuos claim by the SC. Some were even asked to pay for 50-70% of the unit price still under warranty. Many were so upset that they posted in Xiaomi forum & other online medias. This is done by the authrorized SC which is also the distributor/importer of Xiaomi products. Too many complaints with the SC & warranty. Many people have not heard any news from the SC even after 45-60 days. I even read a case where a user has to bring a 6-day old Xiaomi Readmi Note 4G to the SC due to boot loop, and he was asked to pay 83% of the new unit price for board replacement by the associated SC pointed by Xiaomi. The amount of complaints are too many to be considered a mere incident. Based on those reports, I have finally given up hope to try Xiaomi. Perhaps I'd better stick with the major league where SC quality has been proven to be excellent.
