please dont buy any xolo mobile it is the very wrost brand, i buy this brand mobile before 6 months but am using just 2 months plz understand my friends am suffering from service center from 4 months, please dont go Xolo side please.
very bad phone q 1000 i buy it on 7 july and with in a week the phone get dead permanentaly. and now i m waiting for new since 20 days but nothing happen.

Hi Frnds, This is the very very worst brand i ever seen. Its my humble request, please dont go for XOLO. I bought XOLO Q900 before 5 months. It was working until first month, after i got problems one by one. WIFI, Bluetooth, Touch, Camera al got problem. I stepped into Authorised service center(Chennai, Nungambakkam), but that stupid fellow is not at all minding customers. After some quarel he took my mobile along with copy of bill. It has been 4 month, still i dint get my mobile from them. If I am calling that fellow he is not at al picking.
Conclusion: Dear frnds, Please never ever go for XOLO brand at any cost. 99% of customers are having worst experience with all types of XOLO mobiles. Please share this message with your friends.
Very bad experience of Xolo service station.
Today I went to service station at Vadodara for repair of my mobile. (Work order no : 310000570841) and she says that it will take 50 days to repair!!!!
In 50 days I can repair my mobile from opposite corner of the earth. But it is in warranty period so I have no option to give my mobile to them.
50 days for repair is equivalent to fraud.
Guys don't purchase any Xolo phones. Its service level is very very poor.
If you want your life miserable and nightmare feel free to buy XOLO
I am here to bring one worst incident which i have faced with Xolo mobile & service.
As there is some issue in my phone I have submitted it in Xolo authorized service center which is located in bangalore Jayanagar(Job tracker number: 4934) on 5th May 2014,after one week they told me like they have sent that phone to Noida for repair purpose and they told it will cost around 7k and I rejected it and asked them to return my mobile.As per customer care people they dispatched my mobile on 27th May and as per there records it reached to bangalore server point on 2nd July.
And the drama begins now - after that I called them each and every day but they told me like they didn't receive my phone from the Noida,after too much of struggle they showed my mobile with Broken display on 17th July and promised that they will replace the display in one week,still there is no response from them and they gave area manager number for further queries but the manager is also like that only he is not at all picking the phone .
Now coming to customer care people when I asked them to transfer my call to there supervisor they are saying like they cant transfer the call as he is busy or he went out on some personal work or the lines busy.these are the answers from them.
Friends Never ever go for XOLO.
very poor and third class service.. shame on xolo.. guys never buy xolo phone..
Never buy xolo mobile,Its a china made company even,Even i buy xolo in March but now its not working.

battery problem every time ,you have to carry charger every time any time battery can drain & your phone will switch off automatically.i don't know why company find solution for once and for all.Battery not stand by even one half day.
the xolo Q 1000 was good but volume was low please tell me that solution for the sound and also 3G network probleam
My xolo q1000 very Bad Phone and xolo service very poor my Mobil purze date 2/5/2014 and only 29 days i am User very poor networks and i am desid To my xolo q1000 and Service Center and yes telocom Bad xolo Service Center he told after 25 days repring days ok am going to 25 dayys after and take my Mobil But new Pro bleme charching Not contted and i am going xolo Service Center he Told to after 45 days to your Möbel will bei repring to your Möbel very Service and very poor Feedback
