My rear camera is not working after updating the phone
Camera icon is disappeared. When I had searched in manage apps its disabled.
Please help me

I went to the service centre but they said it would take 15-20 days so I called up a Xolo care and they gave me address of another service centre where they have their technical team
I went there and that guy attached my phone to his laptop and did some software changes and downgraded it again to 4.1.2 and the camera started working..
He told me that the update has some problem and told that no updated os has been provided to them by the company.
He advised me not to update on my own rather come to service center for any os updates
Aftr updating d fon, contact names are nt visible in call logs though they are saved in fon.... cn anybody help to solve the problem???!!!
I would like to know that sandisk ultra microSDHC 8 gb class 10 workin perfect in xolo q800 ... anybody using it... plzzz tell me.. i want to buy it.... thnx

audio player audio is excellent after the update.
also you can install tons of audio players like Power amp,walkman player ,wiper for Android etc.
I use power amp.

N thn eleted from phone.. Now when i m importing all d contacts from my id ..it says no contact fouñd..

Early I purchased Lava iris455 for my relative and found good function. Now i purchased xolo q800 & feels wonderful & smooth function. No bad. This phone is within budgeted with all facilities. Important matter is this phone is not getting heat while talking more time.
jellybean update just amazing.. which improve overall camera features purely and also improve performance and many more... no issues after update...just download update from xolo site....
WORST SERVICE EVER...NEVER BUY A XOLO
Within the past 2 months Had to send the q800 handset for repairing the same fault 3 times . When asked for a printout/ proof of what repairs have been done they refused to give anything in writing /print saying “we have it in our system”. Each time we were given different reasons .. the first time they said the contacts were not proper but they had actually swapped the battery without informing, next time they said software has been changed/updated & the last time we gave for repair time the hand set was kept for almost a month & we were informed that the “motherboard “ has been replaced. But the next day itself the same problem crops up ie the phone doesn’t startup/ switch on at all. Later on met a sales manager who promised to look into the matter & get replacement. Later on we are told that we would not be getting a brand new handset as replacement but merely a handset with the PCB replaced!!! To quote him in his own words :- " no company will give you brand new handset as replacement " That very statement reeks of the totally pathetic service attitude at Xolo.
Moreover there has been no acknowledgment/ communication from Xolo customer care
i purchased my xolo phone on 16th march 2013, and it stopped working from 11th jan 2014, since then i gave my mobile for servicing at hyderabad service center with workorder number: 310000208047.
and it's more than 1 month since than but sad to say xolo guys are the most useless guys working with this useless company with useless services. resions of saying thies :
1. no company will take this much of time for servicing.
2.if the phone will be with xolo service center for months, then think about the customer
3.there are no communication from xolo guys.
4.i already raised a complaint with the custmer care by phone for escalation...but no response
5.no manager from the company monitors why and whats the sla for your service.

This is really good configuration and after reading all comments i purchased this phone. within 1 month i went to service center 3 to 4 times for different problems. very worst service. for wifi issue they changed board first time the same time they changed my good working battery with a worst one. Now again battery problem. Friend dont believe this cheating of xolo based on the configuration.
How to update please help ,I tried ota update but it show s no update available, then downloaded zip from site and tried to update but the file signature does not match and update was aborted.I have old q800.
Are the xolo releasing next upcoming updates for q800 like 4.2.2and 4.3 please answer because my xolo care app in which update is there no is not working thanks in advance
