ive had this phone for over a year and its still running strong. very durable construction. the only drawbacks are it has very little processing power(600mhz), very little internal memory(512mb), and it doesnt support flash

So, make sure that to save the information on SD card remove the SD card and then try with this code.

1. Press emergency call in idle mode.
2. Input *983*987#，it will go to the factory reset interface and customer can reset the handset to Default.
Please make sure to make a back up all the personal information in the phone as this method will delete all data stored on the mobile phone.

First: you should build a folder named notifications and copy the ringtones that you want to use to the folder
Second: Enter into message interface, click Menu key, click setting, and “Select ringtone” interface will appear, then you can set message ringtone by selecting ringtone.

Rather then bad mouthing the phone for not surviving your unfortunate lack of coordination .. perhaps spending $2.00 for a case would have been more coast effective.

Can this phone be used as wifi hotspot. The store guy told it can be used but i am not able to find any such option.

I purchased this phone 3 months ago and i love it..i had dropped this phone more then 1's and nothing happened to it.i am happy with the ZTE device.
