Problem with my bluetooth.....it reconizes other devices and pairs up but message comes up saying "device paired but not connected" and i cannot receive any data

Bought a little bit used V9 for ~$70. Unlocked for free, flashed CyanogenMod 10 (custom Android 4.1). Works very smooth despites resistive touchscreen and slow CPU. Can be also used as a phone. It's definitely worth the money if you buy this tablet for $50-$100. Good bargain for Android 4.1 3G tablet/smartphone. But note this is ARMv6 device so rear camera cannot be used for video in Skype.
There is no much space for apps on internal eMMC so I recommend to use S2E (free Apps2SD app from Google Play) with external SD card assuming you've upgraded to CyanogenMod.

I find it difficult to move data from phone to SD. How can the problem be solved? most times i received phone memory full message. Whereas, there is enough space on SD. Please do something.
