It has sd 460, no ultrawide, hd lcd 60 hz display, only 18w for the homongous battery, THIS IS NOT A ONEPLUS PHONE, atleast it should be a better soc, and 90hz lcd

And also...a 720p screen...?it's 2020 people....OMG...720p screen should have been phased out since 1080p screens became the norm.for a company like OnePlus,this is just embarrassing.

Seriously OnePlus?!!you have OPPO for producing these this kind of handsets...if people are wondering why in the blue hell are they doing this,you might ask?
One word:GREED.
OnePlus should stop trying to be the Samsung,Xiaomi or Oppo....i've always considered them as an exclusive brand and they should stick to releasing only High to Mid-Range Specced handsets.seriously,if they do this,they're gonna run themselves to the ground....SMH...

The battery life needs to be one of the best now, otherwise there will be better options, even for that price range (and ESPECIALLY for just 30 bucks more).

Yee, 28 Aug 2020I'm looking at the specs sheet and wondering who they are making these devices for? I would guess this would be for the schoolchildren, youth in general, as their first phone. Especially if they go with L-shaped triple camera setup which was leaked as Nord design, but maybe it was this phone instead. That one seemed like a design aiming for the youngest generation. I don't know, I am just guessing.

I like that they want to go for the budget segment, but for 50$ more they could maybe squeeze in a SD 730 and FHD resolution

That display would be absolutely appalling 6.5" 720p display, even for around £150 this isn't the best, and that chipset is really bad, the battery seems like a decent size, i had a OnePlus 7 Pro and that had a load of cut backs, the main selling point of that phone was meant to be the display yet my new Galaxy Note9 has a nicer display.. even the speakers on the OnePlus were really bad. I'm a photographer so I dont use my phone cameras too often but the OnePlus cameras are crap compared to my iPhone SE (original)..
