could you please provide me with which store could i buy that phone from with the same price (about $90 you mentioned)in Egypt it costs more that $200 , and if there have on line service?

i have got it 10 days ago
came with Android 1.6 donut,,,i have upgraded it to 2.1 Eclair
i have noticed now that the network signal soome times go off line ..i can't make call but i can receive calls !!!!!!
do anyone know about this problem ?

Im really stuggling to find a battery for this phone.
Ive found a HH08c but no HH08f.
Acer put me onto a Acer parts reseller and they have'nt even got one :(

Great little phone once you upgrade too 2.1
Fixes most of the issues people have been having.
I assume they are planning future firmware updates as it checks for updates over the air on a weekly basis. But perhaps not.
I have had no issues with the build of the phone - infact it seems like a solid nicely made phone to me. Time will tell.
The touch screen is pretty average but you have the keys and tracking ball as well so it doesn't bother me.
For the price - two thumbs up!
Oh and even though it only has a 400mhz processor it still runs reasonably smoothly and despite peoples assumptions works better not worse on 2.1 :P
