Thanks god, the version that is sold in my country is the "Plus" one. With 16GB internal memory I don't need microsd card for mainstream apps and some music. the bigger 2GB RAM is the biggest selling factor. Because many local brands in my country use the same SOC, but crippled it with 1GB RAM or worse 512MB RAM.

you must be using some other charger instead of the one they provided.
there are specific watts from each charger.
a samsung one will never charge it.

i've like use this phone for over 3 months less... and the performance is great, the camera is awesome, its surely a good phone for it price.
i got the 16gb version also free 32gb sdcard
with 2gb ram
and it cost for like 300$ in indonesia
and i've got a cover ( not flip cover) in yogyakarta

Just bought this yesterday, really smooth performance, bought the one with 16gb rom, battery works really good, it had so many good features. the cons is, it is too lightweight and no protector.

2 months of using these phone. pro: smart to use for bizz , intuitive , nice look, premium camera. con: small batery, if u don't use SD card space for apps , u will block the phone, bad comection whith blue headset( coud be the headset , even is plantronics), no accesoriers available, the jack of wireled heaset blocked in the phone at firs use, something keep tthe jack inside, very hard to pull out.

acer liquid e3 i buy on the 30th of may and two weeks ago the battery is dead,when i charge the handset and unplug the charger it says the battery need chargeing the phone look good but its rubbish,when its charging its becomes very hot within one minute ,very poor please ,please dont buy it you will regret spending your money.and you cant take it back to the store you buy from ,you must call acer,bull shit.

For the price 180€ is a very good phone.
Some extra interesting - Acer SnapNote, float call, float buttons.
Very solid.
The sound - good. The position (frontal) is a great.
The right size for my hand. Just have bigger phones, but is difficult to use in some situations (send messaging for example).
Upgrade immediately, after initial configuration, for Android 4.4.
Cons:
Battery life - the normal, not the best. Time to charge is a bit long.
Internal memory 4Gb is a limitation, but with a SD Card solve the problem.
