how can i save fb images to my phone? there is no tab whenever i view photos.
If someone is calling you, the person on the other line can barely hear you.Do I need to change something on the settings?
Been using this for 2 weeks now. Bought it for its triple sim slots that are ALL 3.5G capable (only one can be actively used to access data, though), and for its amazing battery life. I have the 16GB/2GB version.
My typical usage pattern: I have all 3 slots populated, but I rarely turn all of them on at the same time. Phone is used mainly for whatsapp and internet browsing. With one sim active around 95% of the time (occasionally I turn on a second sim), I believe I can comfortably get 2 days of normal to light usage. With screen on time between 6-7 hrs, the battery still has around 19% remaining after 2 days and 8 hrs or so (from 100%).
Performance wise, nothing to brag about since this is last generation chipset. Canít compete with my Zenfone 5 (8GB, 2GB, Atom 1.6GHz dual sim with both slots 3G capable), as I encounter the phone to stutter more frequently than ZF5.
Fully appreciate its sim management, though, where you can specify which card to use to call, which one to message, and which one for data (you can separately set which one has 3G, too).
Screen is good for the price, easy enough to read under daylight, no complaints despite its price range.
Audio is so-so, despite it having front speakers and DTS certified. But then again, I donít use it to listen to audio or watch video, much. Itís mainly used for whatsapp and internet browsing, like I said before.
16GB is enough for me, too. I donít install too many apps/games and I donít download music/video. In fact, after 2 weeks plus there is still almost 11 GB left unutilized. However, there is option (by default) to move apps to SD card, if you need it. Itís just that a portion (sometimes the majority portion) of the app will still remain in the main memory, i.e. you cannot move the app entirely to SD as in the old Gingerbread times.
Camera wise, not surprisingly, is nothing to shout about. I can complain of the image quality, especially in the dark. Colours are off and it seems that the flash does not help at all. Also, the front camera disappoints even though it has its own (small) flash. But that is to be expected for this price.
All in all, I am happy with it since I bought it for its 3 sim slots (all 3G ready) and big battery. Everything else was as per expectation and as per the price range.
Before anyone asks, I don't keep 2 or 3 sims active most of the time. I don't know whether the other sim(s) will be off if you take a call on one.

Anonymous, 10 Apr 2015Excellent phone, amazing battery backup.Indeed. If not subjected to much use, it could do 2 full days and have enough for the third one to do whatever you want.
hossamlaw, 09 Apr 2015can you tell me? sims always on -- or stand by??
when you calling from any sim other sims tru... moreFrom what it looks like, when you have more SIMs in it, they all are ready for action. Usually you can choose from which SIM to call or message someone everytime you do it. I am not using mobile data at the moment, so it may be possible (as someone said) that only SIM 1 is 3G ready and the rest are simply 2G/GSM. Also I have no clue if it is possible to receive a phone call on one SIM while having a conversation on a different one, because a call during a conversation didn't happen to me.
*Using the 2GB/16GB version*
mister_e700, 22 Mar 20153G calls snd data will work only in sim slot 1. Sim slot 2 and 3 do not support 3G calls or data.can you tell me? sims always on -- or stand by??
when you calling from any sim other sims truned off or can you recvie calls on it at same time?
I had no idea this phone existed until this week. I have been looking for a phone or at least better alternatives to the low-range/mid-range that I have been using. I randomly stumbled upon it and could not believe what it offers for just 200Ä (was also the last piece in the shop, but I would have paid those 50 extra needed). 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable via micro SD, 3 micro-SIM slots, a decent CPU, beautiful HD screen, incredible design and a mammoth 3500mAh baterry. All these for a more tham decent price and runs smoothly, no lag until now; just flies no matter what I throw at it.
The term "incredible design":
#1 The front speakers' grilles resembles a little the famous HTC and the sound is not bad either (both earpiece and speakers)
#2 There is a button at the back positioned below thr camera, called Acer Rapid, just like the LG G2 or G3
#3 the cameras may not be everyone's cup of tea, but they are snappy, produce nice colours and the resolutions are on par with today's standards (8MP back/ 2MP back) + both have their own flash. Whoever's into making " awesome photos, I strongly recommend a real camera and don't get put off by this phones capabilities. It still has at least one year to impress you (considering OS, tech development and prices of course)
#4 Don't forget the OS. KitKat 4.4 is running the show aided by some additions from Acer, which are to be uninstalled or disabled (some may only be disabled) in order to make it fit your needs and tastes.
#5 It may be all-round plastic, but feels ok and I am a bit more concerned about what lies inside and abilities because they are the "active" part of usage.
If you get the chance, give it a spin to see if you like it or not.
To this point the unit that I have:
- has some Trouble with the reception (I don't have other SIMs to test it, so I assume is purely because of the poor network infrastructure.
-lost only around 30% baterry in 24 hours, time which I spent customising, installing/uninstalling apps and playing around to gett used to it.
-runs HERE maps. Don't get expectations too high because I don't need fancy features and voice guided nnavigation: I need the offline maps and the ability to navigate them. This phone paired with HERE maps deliever exactly what I need.
A potential minus: the 5 inch display is no small thing. Depending on your hands and pocket size you will either feel alright using it or impaired. Despite the acceptable grip it offers, sweaty hands seem to be quite slippery.
