Help! I was very happy with the phone when my battery started acting up. Using the acer charger, it will full charge after 9 hours and drains fast. Can someone tell me what happened please?

Why is it sometime i can't use the on/off button to lock/unlock my phone? Also, there is volume adjustment appeared on the upper part every time I put out the headset. Someone help me out with this or advise how can I get rid of this. thanks!

I just bought this acer liquid z630. I just want to ask why is that when i try to sign in to the wifi I'm connected, a locked symbol just appeared. I don't know what to do. Please help me guys. Thanks!
