Hi, I really need help. I don't know what happened to my phone. It's just that, whenever I put my hand on top (near the camera), the screen automatically turns off, then when you remove it, it goes on. How can I disable this thing? I hope you answer my question ASAP. Thank you.

AnonD-580676, 05 Sep 2016How to turn off shutter in Camera? it doesnt exist in camera setting :(If you're referring to the "camera shutter sound".. There's no option to turn if off, however, you can put your phone in "vibrate only" mode so that there will be no sound when you take a picture.

It turned out to be like some of the android phone on the market without any names. Can someone who has a heart willing to help us to bring back the menu display to the way it used to? [deleted post]Make sure to do the update. If you havent already had the popup, go into settings under about phone>>software update. That should help. Mine was a second Costco phone too. Update wasnt out when i bought the first one, though.

my acer is the 2nd one from Costco, first one no one could hear me(bad transmitter), it and this 2nd one, comes on the screen saying Internal Storage Running Out, why, I do not download apps, use it only as a phone incoming and outgoing calls?
Whats up? Can anyone help me with this?
