Just purchased this phone as a back-up but how do I get the punctuation screen up when creating a message? I want to be able to put in full stops, question marks etc but can't find where I do this from.

I bought Alcatel one touch 10.16G but when I activate in silent mode the vibration is not functionally it's like mute not silent mode , please help me what is solution for this ?!

By far the WORST phone I ever had. Even though I just need a basic phone, this one is far less than basic. I can hardly have a decent conversation : I just can't hear what my correspondents say, the sound is very bad (It's pretty difficult to understand what someone says when you only hear one word out of three); the battery life is very poor, and even writing an SMS is painful : I just didn't find how to write punctuation or accents... And I didn't find a way to activate the vibrator, so when I'm in a noisy environment, I just don't realize that my phone is ringing... Is there any vibrator on this phone ?
Only positive thing : the screen is very luminous and readable.
I bought it one week ago, but I can't stand it anymore. Today I go and buy a better one.
This was my first and definitely my last Alcatel phone.

I have just got a 10.16G but it will not have a ring tone an will not receive incoming calls or texts how do I fix this problem

My dad has this phone however he can't send messages. I send him one from my iPhone and he goes to reply but it saves it to an inbox. Can anyone tell me why this happens?

0000 will let you in to retrieve or change pin
