I have one of these and I love it. Alcatel has always been a favourite brand of mine. It's great that they use a replaceable in this model as the last model was not a removable battery. When it died, I replaced the phone. The volume is low on this model and the internet is clunky and slow, but reliable. NFC is pretty much a necessity on a modern mobile. However, this phone has no NFC and I am unable to make contactless payments or log in to other things on the go so the phone is being replaced with one with NFC. Everything else is solid and nice.

V 2019 version purchased April can no longer charge battery and hard to obtain one I glad I held on to my old Apple iphone6 mobile as the battery is still going strong after 5 years. Before I moved to my Samsung Galaxy J8 this phone was one of my favorites, i really like the design, the screen resolution, the camera and the software despite being stuck on Android 10, also it was my first "actually good" smartphone the other ones were only cheap 2015-2018 smartphones and we all know about cheap 2015-2018 smartphones, i even used a bootleg iPhone X that performed really bad, so this one was a lot better.
My only complains are multi tasking and the speakers

Decent specs and good price point and battery life... The only issue is about the firmware optimization cus it wayyyy sucks. I can't multitask and play games like PUBG and CODM because they crash
