I have this phone until now. It still works, but the problem is that it doesn't make any sound.

For alcatel phones this phone is good.My Aunt wanted a new phone so I bought her this one she says its litle bit slow but kinda good she would prefer it for elders.

you can buy an used samsung galaxy a71 for a similar price and the a71 outperforms the alcatel 3x in every aspect (the "used" part is important)
