remove one touch fierce off the market forever!! not playing. serious! camera issues and more problems! should be... so mad. terrible android! no! bad product technology! america get discipline!!!
Foe the price there is nothing better. I bought it when I switched to T-Mobile. I traded a Samsung Galaxy 3. This phone is perfect or me. I recommend using a computer program Wondershare Mobile Go. using a USB cable it allows me to delete add and install aps photos and video to my phone. You can set it up to turn on and off to save battery life. The battery is great sound quality is perfect Yes the camera is low quality. But overall this phone has outlasted all my previous phones without giving me fits. I just plain like this phone.
I had this phone for a year before it begin to mess up and honestly i think its messing up because all the apps i have downloaded. I was happy with this phone.
My messages don't come in that quick or my notifications , is their something I can do to fix that ?
I don't understand all of these negative reviews. I had a hand-me-down Alcatel one fierce which was heavily used by my father, and it worked great. I will agree that in low lighting, the front facing camera can be a bit dull, but if you are in a moderate to well lit room, or outdoors it is excellent. No problems with the rear camera. As per battery life, it is EXCELLENT on the automatic brightness setting. The screen will adjust in different light. When in a bright room or outside, I have never had a problem viewing my screen. When on a manual higher brightness setting, admittedly the battery life diminishes much faster. That being said, if kept on auto, it lasts well over 12 hours and I have never owned a phone that charges faster. Quite honestly, for the money you are paying for this smartphone, you can't ask for much more. Sure it is no galaxy, but compared to most LG products, it is MOST DEFINITELY what I would consider a high end smart phone. I now have a Fierce II which i purchased myself and any bugs that the one may have had have definitely been eradicated, I would say that the Fierce II is certainly in the same league as a Samsung Galaxy, but that review will be posted for the actual product as to not cause confusion.
Your product is THE WORST ANDROID I have ever owned or purchased. I not only wont buy any more of these products , I will give them a bad review whenever and wherever possible.

Swiss Miss, 12 Nov 2014How do you upload pictures to my desktop if I never received a CD? Just plug it in, it will install the drivers and the PC will recognize it as a USB massive storage unit. CDs are getting the boot nowadays.

I can barely see myself on the camera even when it's very light where ever I'm at..... Need a better camera with good focus

Horrible phone. After having it for 3 months the power button broke down and it loves to restart whenever it wants to.
I have this phone and it has some cool abilities but some cons as well. The front camera is poor...it's foggy and dull unless you have an excellent amount of light. The regular camera is sometimes dark for no good reason especially while recording. You can't title your notes. You don't have many options for personalization on things unless you download apps. The battery life is ok, but WiFi will drain a lot of it. However, it does charge fast. While on the internet, it can be sluggish and sometimes it will take long while trying to send a MMS. You also can't remove the battery but that shouldn't be much of a problem because of its Power Off and Restart options. As far as I've witnessed, it's also pretty durable when dropped. Overall, it's not a bad phone...especially as a first our second phone for a teen.
