after do system update my phone got error updating and get stocked in logo screen even force shutting down it, please help

JEFF, 05 Aug 2016I got my alcatel one touch flash 2,my problem is my phone got hanged. Pls i need your idea how... moredo factory data reset , but first save your all pict, mp3's, video's, and contact's to PC or SD card and remove before you do reset , also remove sim card.

It happens to my AF2 everytime I leave both connections turned on the whole day. Also, it will prevent your phone from overheating which is bad for your phone's battery. ;o)

You may have to do this a few times until it totally adjusts back to 100%. This is what typically happens when you don't let your phone totally discharge often. To keep everything going good, totally discharge you cell once a month then fully charge it. This usually works but if this doesn't work you may need a new battery.

Any one face it ??? What is the solution. I used this phone only 7 days.

Anyone having problems with GPS. It sometimes doesn't detect correctly. At high accuracy or any accuracy it constantly recalcutes location when using Waze or google maps.

never discharged below 25 % and not to charge up to 100 %
hold it between this percentage , and when you are in a position put to charge, because that is good for your Li-ion battery. here's the link read themselves;
