I got my Alcatel Flash 2 yesterday from Lazada.. I think i have probelm with my main camera.. It's a little blurry especially when i zoom.. I red and watched a lot of review and demo of the camera with sample shots, they are all good.. so I think my phone has a problem with the camera.. Can anyone help me with these problems?

Got my alcatel flash 2 today. The battery is terrible. When it reaches 20% it becomes a ticking time bomb. It drains 1%/sec meaning when when it reaches 20% it takes only 20 seconds for it to fully drain the battery. My cherry mobile did a better job than this phon's battery.

alcatel, 04 May 2016can somebody give me a review of the new lens kit alcatel has launch for the flash 2 ..is it good??well i think only the macro lens is good but i dont like the dish eye lens. instead they could have wide lens and it could be more useful

cathy, 11 May 2016i have the same problem with you? did you solve it now? may i know how?If u are trying to hard reset (power+volume up) and there is android logo with "no command" try pressing vol up/ vol down after that there must be a menu for reboot or reset

i know this phone is cheap but it performs beyond my expectation. i love its simplicity and its fast performance. i don't know to other's unit but this has to be my best phone. i've been using it for 5 months and i've dropped it several times (i know. clumsy of me)lol there are no serious problem that happened. aside from occasional lagging that happens thrice a month i think. maybe because i put so much applications that it can't work properly for a time. just a few reminders: don't put unecessary applications.turn of your phone for a five minutes or more for the phone to refresh.never ever charge over night. keep your phone on a safe place. and lastly. do. not. be. too. attached. on. your. phone. love your family and friends more than your gadgets. smile always!

Yagami, 08 May 2016Someone help autoroation of my flash 2 is missing. how can I restore it without system factory... moresir try looking at your >settings>Accessability then check the bot of auto rotation/auto rotate. notice your auto rotate icon on your status bar quick panel comes back. this is the way to return the quick panel of your auto rotate

Before I was so impressed w/ the phones specs and design but after reading the reviews and the price dropping to only 5000 pesos, I have confirmed that this unit is a crap. Keep it up Alcatel, if you wanna stay in business!

my phone was Updated into version 3.2 but it is really dissapointment sorry for my comment but i want to express this feelings . U know what my front cam video is Grainy . hope soon or later . this will be fix .

Hi i've just received my flash 2 today from LAZADA.COM. i've updated the system to the latest but it still has camera issues.
1. camera default is on front cam and it is inverted when the phone is in portrait position but the texts and icons are fine.
2. even with the latest update the camera switch icon for front/rear is missing.
3. i've installed open camera app and camera fv-5 lite and the says this device does not have a front facing camera
