Rat, 03 Apr 2016In top of the phone the star will be display how to undisplayThis is called "Priority interruptions". To disable it you need to press the vol +/- key on the home screen/any where, then press "ALL". Hope it will work.

This phone has a critical bug.Phone screen gets off when flash light turned on and gets into idle state for some time. The phone screen gets on, only when factory reset is done. i have encountered this issue 10 times till now.Please fix this Asap.

Anonymous, 30 Mar 2016Is the quick capture gone in the new update? I really can't use it now. :([Quick Capture] is still ok, even after the update. Check you camera setting, either it is turned off or you broke the side button.

Or you may want to browse thru this forum. A lot of Alcatel Flash 2 users (including myself) already posted solution about the "missing" front camera icon.

Why when I'm playing NBA2K14,most of the time that game is force closing itself
..
can you add that in update and also the high quality games for me to enjoy playing...
I bought /choose this phone, because they said that it's good for gaming..

Can anyone help me.. I bought my phone a little less than a month ago, i dunno what happened but i cant switch to front cam anymore. The button doesnt show, i have to restore camera default everytime for it to appear. Help pls.thanks

Anonymous, 07 Mar 2016I couldn't update the "wireless update" I always got unzip error. How can I resolve the problem?There is another way to install v3.6 manually. There's a manual for it in Flash Community site.
