Please help me. My phone suddenly blackout. I try pressing the volume up and the power button at the same time then there came out recovery, fastboot and normal something. I did chose the recovery but there came out a no command. then i try the fastboot but it did not work. i try the normal, it start up bu then block out again but its on. and i can receive messages and notifications but totally blackout. Please help me. :(

The overheating of my Alcatel Flash 2 is above normal level, specifically the upper part of the phone. And as a result, the screen is unresponsive but it does not hang .. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

AnonD-427666, 20 Feb 2016are you using same internet provider both data and WiFi? if yes then your phone have a problem... moreCorrection on my statement: If your using same internet provider both data and WiFi and still have low connection then your phone have a problem on data connection, try to change your sim the same as your WiFi internet provider.

How to save battery: Use it on your own risk.
*Display brightness, adjust to 10% or you my use adaptive brightness.
*Use earphone while playing games or watching a video
*Avoid using Data when playing games, use WiFi, this will save you more battery
*Turn off Data, location(GPS) & Bluetooth,and all unwanted apps, when not in use.
*Make sure all tabs and apps are turn off when not in use.
-tap CLICK CLEAR *Note do not use other apps claiming that
they SAVE more batteries and clean more space in your RAM. It may only waste more of your battery consumption ONLY USE THE DEFAULT ALCATEL "click clear" FOR CLEARING OR CLOSING YOUR APP.
* Set the sleep after 1 minute of inactivity or lower
* If you have a WiFi and you want to save more battery while playing your favorite online android games, here are some tips.
- Turn on your airplane mode
- then turn on your WiFi .
In this method all other apps will be disabled. Only the app you open will consume battery. Note if you do these you cant send/ receive any messages or accept calls from your mobile. unless you use WiFi base app like Messenger.

aia, 04 Feb 2016why is that signal is so slow? is it possible to convert it to H+ instead of 3G network? thank... moreHi aia, alcatel dont have H+ because alcatel name it 3G. check the upper part of your mobile icon, If idicates 3G together with a sml icon 3G (3G3G) then you have a good data connection. See explanation below:
H+ stands for HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access ) .Its Enhanced 3G or referred sometimes as 3G+ it supports 100 Mbps but not many cellular connections provide that speeds. 3G is the third generation of mobile communications technology.

Neri, 08 Feb 2016Hey guys, have you encountered the time when the charging time takes up to 5 hours? are you using your original alcatel charger ? If yes, This tip might help you. First check your mobile after 10 to 20 minutes of charging, If it does not charge, remove the charger from the phone. Reboot your phone. Then charge it again. Check again after 10 to 20 minutes if it gains charge then your problem is solve. Do not use other charger it may not charge.

alcatel, 12 Feb 2016same to me, bad signal , but 20 meters from home is H+ are you using same internet provider both data and WiFi? if yes then your phone have a problem, If you are using data with a different internet provider then try to change your sim with the same provider as your WiFi.

Anonymous, 17 Feb 2016I cant open my phone..suddenly black off...how to restart flash 2..battery cant take out right... morepress power button for more than 7sec.
or;
hold down the volume up key and press power key at the same time
until the screen light up to boot the device with 'recovery mode' ,
then press the volume up\down key to select ''factory data reset'' .
caution this will erase all your personal data including google account
and any downloaded application ,
and starts as when it was new.
