ive been using alcatel flash 2 maybe a month frm now but there was a flash on my screen that my battery has been hacked kindly....for repair..but i dnt hv encounter any problem at all with d battery, am I going to click d ok button or just ignore it..pls help me..tnx

Guys, as u read your problem below, the only problem is your common sense. read the instruction wisely. dont just rant immediately. btw, the only problem with this phone is i dont like the headset. so fugly. beliw problem can be solve using our common sense.

that what you read is the one who complained ,
that doesn't mean that all suffer from such problems ,
and when for the first time handling the new device
then it is possible that you have mistakenly
put on automatic simultaneous connection
and it is not a problem but it is an option.
I am on this side, only a few days,
but it helps everywhere around the forums
for all who have problems with Alcatel devices
and do it for 18 months, and only in the desire to help.
sometimes i create the problems on my phone for help.
in this case , I haven't got this model
but if i found to do something then I'll come back with the possible answer

I am planning to order flash 2 but when I read others comment and opinion about wifi and bluetooth that if wifi is on and you turn on the bluetooth the wifi will turn off.

....but u must use another original branded earphone( creative, phillips, a4 tech etc) to be able to create a good listening pleasure on ur flash2 as its earphone included isnt good.

Oh well i just find out that it had an equaluzer on the play music box good sound!!! And it doesnt have heating issue and charges quite fast huh.....uve got a friend on alcatel one touch flash2

Just got my alcatel flash2 via lazada 2 days ago and so far havent detected any defect(as you can return it back if the unit is defective after a week of use). Front cam is indeed good for selfie w a flash. Rear cam is not that excellent though. Music sound is not that solid(my lg g3 beat is more solid). Screen resolution good. Fast processor cuz its octa n battery life is good enough. If ur looking for a nice solid phone but w a tight budget..order one @ lazada n hopefully b lucky enough to hold of a non defective flash2. And yes i like d most is its backlit n lg like knock code hahaha

1% of the battery per 5 mins....
wifi, bluetooth ,some background apps are turned off...
is this normal? please reply ASAP..
