hello ..I have this phone 10 days for the problem right away ... always by itself goes out(off) one day.. I tried a factory reset and nothing..problem is same..any help .. ??

I've had this phone for 2 months now and i think it's a great phone but i have one issue. When i close apps the UI starts lagging a lot for 2-3 seconds. Is this common or it's only with me? And how can i fix this?

Greetings all! I'm a little noob when it comes to smartphones so i have to ask.I'm planning to buy Alcatel One Touch Idol 2 S next month and i'm wondering is this phone any good? I'm not looking for a high end phone,but i want it to run smoothly without major and constant stucking.And since Alcatel aren't that famous when it comes to smartphones i couldn't find a lot of reviews.One guy said that the speaker is a catastrophe and that music sound like crap.Is that true? Btw i don't have much money,this phone is currently availible in my country,do you think it's worth it? Thanks a lot,any help is appreciated!

When I unlock the screen it always starts up with camera. I tried to find out if there is any short key that maybe is active but I didn't find anything. Does anyone else have this problem?

guys there in the specs they say that the phone doesn't have radio but on ny device there is and is functioning normally. For an infirmation for the curious ones

i have a problem with home key,menu key and back key,the light key is turning on without any reason,sometimes it works smetimes not,without turning my self on or off.
Can anybody can tell me please how to fix this,or where is option for turning the light on or off.
Otherwise is a nice device,really decent one.

excellent phone. i am fully satisfied for it's feature and camera with excellent flash. by the way alcatel is one of the best company have i ever seen.

Not a bad phone. There are many little things that I can't stand about it. Also, every write up containing specs for this phone lists NFC. My phone does not have NFC. Probably going to exchange it for a new phone.

I got white version from Orange Polska. Very nice looking and fluent operating. I like "double-click screen" to wake-up gesture :)
Some issues are FM radio is Mono, TV Link (perhaps Miracast?) instead of MHL, does not support OTG.
Unfortunately mine has "Simlock". Also I am not able to find a root method at this moment. Can anyone help?

This Phone have a huge problem with the main camera. The flash is to close to the camera, so when I took a picture in the dark I only saw reflections of the light of the flash.I return my phone to the store.
Beside that its a nice smartphone.
