I had TCL(Alcatel brand name in China) Idol X+ from 3 days and I used to play with it a little more than normal usage. First day I charged it for 12 hours and after that all day downloads.. play music.. games.. and searching for interesting options and at night it was on 15%. So my old Galaxy S3 never did that baterry life. And the display us amazing.. I'm very happy with my new phone. Much better than S3!

I received my IDOL X+. GREAT PHONE BY NOW!!! I had Samsung s2 and s3 and this is much more better one. Battery life is better than S3 one ;)

Well, the specs are great but it's octa-core 2ghz so power consumption will be very high so battery will last only one day with battery economy maybe? Also is Mali 450 good enough? is it better than adreno 320 ? also tell me will battery be good enough?

lat, 19 Jan 2014very nice looking design but with mediatek chip set it will not hit in global marketI guess you are not in sync with the updated news on the net, the Mediatek Octa core is the world's first true Octa Core processor made for mobile's and run's much faster. Some of the best mobile companies are moving towards Mediatek processors to make good and faster phones...do your home work before commenting.
