I would like to ask one thing particularly from those who are currently using this handset. Is there any network problem with this handset? how many of you guys have faced the network problem? I am interested in this handset. but before buying i would like to know your opinions. Thank you.

sugunthan, 31 Dec 2014There is severe network issue in X+.Though the network indication is full It is not connencted... morecheck again for latest updates; otherwise go to Alcatel service center and downgrade to 4.2.2
one more thing, you don't need to restart the phone to get network coverage, you can go to system setting -> SIM management -> turn off and on
I too have this phone and faced the same issue :)

There is severe network issue in X+.Though the network indication is full It is not connencted to network. Daily i have to restart my phone to solve the network issue. pls anyone reply me that the issue is not there in the jellybean now i'm in kikat

one of the worst phone that i have purchased in my life.. i have sent my phone to delhi for servicing 3 times after buying this.. rather than this phone staying with it was in Delhi most of the time for servicing... worst phone..
Never buy Alcatel phone's service is also very poor...

Excellent Phone & multimedia device. Value for money (229€ in Greece).
Not so good camera but becomes better if you install Lenovo SnapIt.
Still no Kitkat update for GR users.
