don't buy !!!
i have experienced a big troble that the
battery is out of order only 2 months.
i already changed to a oem battery.
i come to see that so many people face the same problem, some of them said that
this mobile phone will destroy the battery slowly ( about few months ).
when you want to buy, think about it....

I think Alcatel is one of the hidden great companies. It has loads of great features at good prices but is being pushed back by bigger manufacturers like Nokia. This phone is one of Alcatel's best and if there were more places you can get fascias, logos and ringtones from then this phone could be a big hit.

The phone is nice and cute but the manual should come in different languages in one booklet so that users can find it easy to use, I will be very glad if the one touch 310-311 users manual can be send to me through my email address in english i.e

iam praveen from the east , not very far off, from India to be more precise.
man I tell u this is the coolest thing that i have ever poccessed.
Its simply great & is much better than all the earlier sets i had.
The stylings wonderful; light in weight Have all the features of its big buddies
So guys u wanna have some change without reducing ur pockets weight

this mobile SUCKS big time cuz once it fell from me from my BED to the ground its not even 3 feets and the connection of the mobile is off and my mobile is gone
i had 3 mobiles nokia 3210 then siemens c35 then alcatel 311 nokia RULES but it was lost...siemens SUCK its NOTHING so i selled it and bought the alcatel the alcatel 311 is nice but its soo weak i prefer to people who dont know what kind of mobile to buy the nokia or sony and nokia is better and cheaper!!!!

For those who does not know the feature of this model. You know there is such a thing called user's manual. For those who think games are a big thing i mobile phones, hey you probably haven't got a game in your computer, office or home. I suggest not playing game in the bus either you could miss your destination.

The features are comparable to the big leagues and particulrly impressed by its built in handsfree speakerphone. WAP is standard and the size is great. One for those who hate sticking antennae. It features great things only available in more expensive brands.
