Now you 've gotta continue to charge your 311 phone for about 3-4 hours each time to guarantee the full cicle. That what you,ve done for refreshment is a good procedure! By the way, Alcatel manuals sucks.

Hey Alcatel 311 users ...I have a question...How many hours do I have to charge my A 311 in order to have a reasonable stand-by time (5-6 days)
I heard from someone that I have to format the battery pack by charging it 2-3 times 12 hours...I did that...And now...How many hours does it take to charge normally?
