garbage. software is way to slow, sometimes it even blocks for an entire minute. the "ok" button blocks too. i've sent it back to repair and it took them almost 2 months, still it pisses me off because nothing's changed.

i'd like to know the prices of Alcatel 511 in different countries(in Euros).
for ex: in Lithuania it cost about 142 EUROs. It would be very interesting

This is the best cell phone I have ever seen and it will stay the best!!! The only thing that I don`t like is that its volume is too quiet!

i have an Alcatel phone 511 from the bouyges telecom. it is good and handy but has some technical problems. i have given it for service and for the past one month i have no response. I do not know if it is the dealers mistake or the manufacturers mistake. So totally i am not satisfied with this Alcatel phone.

The phone has been fine, not brilliant and I don't think Id recommend it- there are better out there and the navigation button is fiddly and inconsistant. Far better with Sagem/Siemens if you like the looks and features of this phone.
I have a query- where can you find ring tones on the web for this phone? Searched high and low with no great success so please e-mail if you are aware of a good site.
