hi every body.. although the phone's specification which's launched in the alcatel's official web page differes a little bit from reality...may be this's due to each country's specifications (the zoom is only 4 instead of 6 and the phone does'nt support the wav files and there's infra which supports pic and video althoug it's not mentioned in the alcatel's web....but after comparing this phone with other rivales , and buying this phone and trying it....taking the price factor into consideration...it's the best ever u can buy if u r not rich!

I did it...It works but you have to modify in registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Alcatel\One Touch PC Suite 3\Content Manager and in "Version" type the version of the Loader(in my case was 3.36)

I downloaded the JavaLoader but when i try to update Content Manager it says "This Release of JavaLoader is not compatible with the installed ContentManager". I have ver 3.37 (last) and Java Loader is 3.36 (last???). That's plain stupid.

hi everyone! I also have this type of phone and so far it's worked fine. a problem appeared when I bought a data cable which was originally designed for alcatel ot 535/735. the vendor is sure that the cable is compatible with ot556 too. do you know about any software I may be missing and which could help me?

i got this phone
it is great
but...
sometimes i try 2 download files with infra but it says that files is large and my moemey is not low
i have free memory 1.250 kb but i cant trasfere 350 kb
can any one help me with this problem.

The WAP thru GPRS is slow sometimes, but only sometimes (in the same time with an other kind of phone there is no problem). Can anybody tell me why. Tnx
