my phone screen broken trying to replace it but not available in Indore city even service center operator told he is not able to replace....

i have this mobile more than 1 year.
i finaly concude that this mobile is such a avrage handset. 1 st of when i put this mobile into my pocket autometically phone dialing and when any call recived and autometicaly received. and not a phone memory more than 65 mb also battry back up only 6 hours and if u constast uses mobile then only 4 hours battry backup 3rd and most thing is that when i connected charger more than 3 times per day autometicaly phone not charged hence the chargumg light was on.
so, thats the opinion on alcatel ot 985.
such a dust mobile.plz dont purchase.

handset is VERY GOOD ,,FETURE AND OPTIONS IS NICE AND screen is also to good but after using it its screen is nt working after using it so carefullyt after 10 months

Disappointed as phone speaker stopped working after 9 months of very gentle use. Service (phone is still in warranty) is NONEXISTENT in the UK. There are phones numbers listed on the alcatel website, but no one picks up. When I left a msg on the Alcatel website, the response was "try harder". When I emailed, the email could not be delivered as the mailbox was full. ALCATEL = RUBBISH SERVICE

I am using Idea Alcatel OT 985N but it has least ram and memory. It is giving more trouble. If I use for net only just 10minuts. Automatically it will struck, from then I cannot browse it - srk

Dont buy this phone.It has 256 RAM and out of that 150mb is used for useless apps, most of that we dont want. We cant unstall them. The software does not allow to install SKYPE, Viber can install but it is always on speaker, so everyone can hear what u tals. i dont understand Why Alacated is so stupid? Dont but wast of money.
