Support for this device is lacking. Android is outdated and it runs out of space with all the bloatware.

It's have OTG, I love it, you can use your wireless mouse, usb memory, etc.

It has 8 GB internal memory. But it has Lollipop firmware. And Lollipop itself needs almost 4 GB space. It means that the rest almost 4 GB is for the device. But there are the applications from Google and Alcatel, and the truly free space is less than 2 GB. That is happening in all devices with Lollipop and 8 GB internal memory. In that area Kit Kat was better, because it needs only almost 2.5 GB space. Unfortunately you can't transfer apps in SD card too. The solution I followed is, deactivate all the apps from Google and Alcatel that can be deactivated. There is an option for that in the menu. I earned quite a few free space, and less ram usage.
But it is a good tablet, with good cpu and an even better gpu, witch means good performance for the category it belongs to.

mine is only 4gb and it said 16gb. then when i put micro sd card 64gb i cant even transfer my files to the memory card and cant download coz all in the internal memory is useless and get all the space..

alcatel pixi3 10 inch.only 4gb internal but all specs is good and working..the only one problem is the apps.because it is not possible move to sd card..what i'm doing about this

Dok, 16 Mar 2016My have only 4,4GB of memory in total; also cams are 1,9/0,3MPand screen is 1280/73x pixels. J... moremine also has only 4.5gb of storage,though specs said it has 16 GB...
so..a bit disappointed when I received mine!!!!

it is 16gb with Andriod, some comes with Windows that in that case you have less because windows "eat" too much space
