Go to system update on your Tablet. Reboot the device after update and you will find a dialer installed.. Enjoy

..the headset is not functioning well at first..then sound stopped after using it for a couple of times only!..i bought my unit just more than a week..any help about this problem?..I tried already with some other headset but with the same result..
