The phone have 2g / 3g and takes a sim. Can someone please confirm if this tablet can make/ receive calls.

..the headset is not functioning well at first..then sound stopped after using it for a couple of times only!..i bought my unit just more than a week..any help about this problem?..I tried already with some other headset but with the same result..
