Just got my Alcatel One Touch C9, I think it a piece of crap phone. I have been receiving my data message many hours much later after it has been send. I just don't know why this is so. I did a test with another phone on the spot and also same thing.

pane, 20 Sep 2015go to settings , call settings , voice call , call forwarding ,open and make disable by choi... moreif you want to block a number, then go to the contact, select that you want , then press the menu button and mark ' block incoming calls' .

Anonymous, 15 Sep 2015Hello guys....My device kept restarting this morning until now that stays on the welcome scree... morei had the same problem before... it won't turn on also when you're charging it, and worst, I cannot use it when turned on while charging. I decided to have it checked @ their service center... They replaced the motherboard and reloaded the Jelly Bean...
Now it works great...

Hello guys....My device kept restarting this morning until now that stays on the welcome screen where it says: "alcatel one touch smart move." I can't turn it off unless i pull out the battery...please give me some ideas...thanks :)

bibeh, 06 Sep 2015help me out my alcatel one touch 7047D have been download automatic to my application..help me... morebibeh ,your phone is infected with a virus, and because in doing so, and if you can find the unknown application that is in your phone. go to settings,, applications,,all,, and search for unknown and delete, if that does not help then do a hard reset. for how to do a hard reset Alcatel c9 hard reset ' youtube.... at the end if this does not help then go to quality service that you install the new Android application.

whenever the phone is charging and switched on, the touch sensor seems off.. am i the only one experiencing this? is the a way to fix it?

try 360security,the best application that save my alcatel c9,from ads n unknown application that download by themselve.this application can know your phone have virus o not.so many i try but this one is the best.
