Hi, can anyone help me? How to get rid of "Unfortunately, Fingerprint unlock has stopped"? I cant do anything about it. It keep on popping even i press the OK button under it. It stay there and i cant press anything as it keep on staying. Please, i dont know what else to do. The phone is Alcate One Touch Pop C9- Dual Sim.

I'm a alcatel pop c9 user.I send this feedback bcoz I can't stand anymore.There is always some weird advertisement coming out n it will make my phone slow.I really HATE it so much.Besides that,if I shut my phone off,it will automaticlly download some apps for me.I asked my friends that also use the same phone they meet the same problem too.I wish this problem will improve soon.
These problem just made me MAD!!!!!

was there a new update since there is a bug I guess and memory card is removed every time. this makes it hard to install apps on memory card

Qawwy, 10 Aug 2015I have the same issue, did you ever get a solution? It's so annoyingpress and hold power key for more than 7sec.
or ; factory data reset;; hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time
until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down to select the wipe data factory reset.
this will erase all personal data from internal storage. you can see this operation on youtube Alcatel c9 factory data reset

and 2GB for android + apps included and already installed programs , and the Android platform , which means that for additional applications has about 1GB ,
Even though you have some application switched to SD card, it does not mean that it is fully transferred as part of the application about 1 \ 3 remains in the internal memory, because it works so each application .
for more ROM or that you can use it to 2GB , which are intended for images mp3 etc , you need Root Alcatel One Touch Pop C9,
