AnonD-354229, 20 Jan 2015my alcatel pop c9 is automatically shut down and it cant turn on what should i do... thanks fo... moreif you did not do -root or flash- then check whether the battery is low, turn the battery is charging and when battery warms means to work. If this does not help then try this; Press the power button and volume up button at the same time and hold until the phone lights up and then make a factory reset follow the instructions. But this operation deletes all your data that you put into the phone and returned it to the beginning as when it was new. Good luck.

don, 15 Jan 2015I used my tm sim.. but when i turn on the data connection.. there is no connection.. nothing a... moretry to go setting>more>mobilenetworks>setup manually>select tm or globe 3g.
