the latest firmware update has just arrive and im still at jelly bean. can anyone explain to me what just really happen?? thanks :)

alcatel pop c9 has notification color led or not ?
the 3 button in the bottom is it light in dark or not ?
and What if the phone stopped working in the past on other phones remove the battery and do I install it again, but in the case of C9, the battery Non-removable is there a way to restart the phone if it stops responding?
for the hottest device Is it redundant for the conventional limit?

im a fan/user of Alcatel Smart Phones and also using Alcatel Pop c9.. I just want to ask if you're going to update its OS to 4.4 or higher? your response is greatly appreciated..

Just send an email to them asking when will be the ... morefor alcatel c9 did not ask because I have and Alcatel c7 , and when I asked to upgrade to 4.4.2 kit kat got a negative response , and because these two are made on the same technology and the same time and therefore I will not ask for c -9 , but you could ask and give information for all of us . here's the answer ; for my c - 7.

dee, 13 Dec 2014I have question about its camera , when im tapping the screen to focus it , it will just zoom ... morewhen you touch display then sweep the camera focus and zooms the object distance for the best position. means the focus is the best position of the object to the camera .for verification put on auto focus and you'll see that the camera zooms in on the property until supervision best position .

can someone help me???? my internet connection is kinda slow.. compared to my samsung duos i can browse and speed up my download.. is there an app or configuration that i can use?? cause now i love thise phone but i cant just enjoy it cause of the slow connectivity. thanks for the advance help:)
