Dedge, 12 Jun 2014Same here, since I got mine it only stays 97% when I charged it but it still last a day though... more have the same problem. Do not worry, it's a small bug. Ov was happening to me only when I'm charging the battery - if the phone was switched off. When the phone was switched on, the battery charger is shown to a level of 100%. I have already contacted representatives of Alcatel.
Other features in this phone, really work. I'm pleased. I am a big fan of Alcatel mobile phones. Many, not to say almost everything I had, and the model C9, I can say that it is one of the better ones. The bug, of which I referred to earlier, will be corrected in the version that KitKat is preparing for this model.

Pls help me, on my c9 navigation dont work. I m install GPS Test and gps dont indentify any sattelite. What is solution i try change gps setup but nothing. Thank you all. Sorry for bad English

after 4 hours charging, the battery still not full. I charge it when the battery is at 40% and I switch it off while charging. is my battery having problem? but the perfomance is still good. it last for a day and have remaining 30%-40% before i charge it in the next day.

nsg, 06 Jun 2014I've just got notification to upgrade to new firmware build 01002. I'm currently using 01001 a... moredont worry .. just upgrade the firmware . i've just upgraded the firmware. its ok and makes the phone become faster and there's no lagging when you open many apps at certain time :)

i just bought this phone 2 weeks ago.. absolutely amazing. watching movies in HD . the camera was so fine. this phone is so great. but i've got 2 question. the battery is removable or not? and how to manage my apps in home screen? other than that is superb ! :)
