I have this fine for about 3 months. In pristine condition. However one day it started doing this thing where it closes any app I'm using. I've factory reset the fone four times and the problem still persists. At the moment I'm unable to use the fone.

Please help, my alcatel pop c9 phone was infected of Trojan virus. Because of this i accidentally delete the important apps in my phone.

which is divided into 2GB for OS, and 2GB for user
and therefore can not be upgraded with lolipop operating system,
because, Android 5.0 consists of the following 3 partitions:
1. mmcblk0p23, for System, 2.9GB
2. mmcblk0p24, for Cache, 1.0GB
3. Swap, 1.2GB (equivalent to the Windows "virtual memory" file, for instance)
Their sum is 2.9 + 1.0 + 1.2 = 5.1GB
Android 5.0 is 5.1GB
Note , do not 'root' or 'flash' your phone because,
it will damage the operating system and later it is impossible to fix.

or;
hold down the volume up key and press power key at the same time
until the screen light up to boot the device with 'recovery mode' ,
then press the volume up\down key to select ''factory data reset'' .
caution this will erase all your personal data including google account
and any downloaded application ,
and starts as when it was new.

my alcatel c9 is not turning on, and even the charging logo not showing while charging but the light beside the front camera signifying that its charging is working, but still cant turn on. its been 3 weeks now

Is Alcatel Pop C9 compatible with Skype? i have been experiencing bad reception when video calling. i thought it was because of poor signal but i have been trying different internet providers with the same poor result.i hope to hear from you.thanks

trojan virus takes control of the phone,
and the mostly of antivirus programs will not work
so download'' CM SECURITY'' - from 'play store'
run to find trojanand shall seek to install
'stubboorn trojan killer' ( you can install it separately , without the CM security that you want )
run and kill Trojans.
If you solve the problem then come back to say.

hye.. I just want to ask. I have one phone which Alcatel Pop C9. I have a problem with this hp. why this hp keeps auto download, then, always come out notification like this, "the phone setting already stopped" why...? then I format the phone still happened the same problem. when I asked the seller, they said, the programme in this phone has a problem, then I asked for help to do something, but yet, still broken. please help!, what should I do. because I believe, Alcatel One Touch C9 is one of the best product. Thank you.

why my alcatel pop c9 will not display... it will always show the alcatel pop c9 and will not display the menu until it will shutdown.... plz help me to fix it..
