I turned on d flashlight of my Alcatel Pop C9. When I tried to turn d flashlight off, it won't turn off. My phone automatically turned off also but the flashlight is still on. What will i do?

first uninstall idk application
and then install ' CM SECURITY ' from PlayStore ,
then Start app cm security
and when he finds trojans request to install
' Stubborn Trojan Killer'
done to Start the app and Trojans will to kill.
Now the phone will be ok
keep this app would not re- infected phone
and if this will help , then come back and thank

idk...it keeps download it selfeveryday and every hour i have to force stop disable and uninstalled.i think pop c9 had a virus it self. .i tried to set the dont allow install unknown source but it keeps downloading it self. everyday every half an hour..my phone is still virgin u know but y???

sandy, 10 Jan 2016My alcatel popc9 has just shut down on me and won't come back on. Help please hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time
until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down to select the wipe data factory reset.
this will erase all personal data from internal storage.

and it seems that the problemis in the game , it could come with virus...
then wipe all the games and especially the one on which you broke your phone
and with a little luck could fix this probl.
But if the game is not installed from PlayStore
than the unknown sources , and allow you to install from non PlayStore app then the virus has infected your phone and need to reinstall a new android Software to an authorized service center.
Please note this is only my opinion, but in authorized services are the ones who boilies reveal problems.

After months of using the phone, it suddenly says that the internal memory already run-out, did reset the phone factory settings but still doing the same thing. Now it doesn't have any applications or if there is just only a few. The phone will no longer take picture as the memory error will prompt. checked the storage and almost all memory is through the internal memory of the phone, applications cannot be even transfer to the SD card. Any possible virus maybe that had affected the phone? or is it just defective??

it is sad but in 2015 there are over 900,000
smartphones infected with the virus.

After a year of using my Alcatel Pop C9, the phone suddenly reboots itself when I am playing games and the worst thing the audio is not working, cant heard anything unless I'm not using a head phone...have used the phone with such care, haven't drop it nor flashed it with any liquid...anyone knows the remedy for this issue?

because you did ROOT the phone ,and made brick.
this virus that sticks to your phones internals .
Most anti -virus software will not even work,
but Cheetah Mobile has created a specialized tool to kill Ghost Push.
I have not tried it but you do not have a choice ,
so try it, or go to an authorized service center and ask for you to install new software .
a lesson not to do ROOT on the phone because it is waiting for you .

This phone is crap piece s hit and i wonder why people like this phone for me its a crap, why its auto download app and when you uninstall the app inside this phone than you shutdown this phone and then boot it up the app suddenly came back and this make me so annoying
