Anonymous, 20 Dec 2015Whats the latest software update of Alcatel One touch Pop c9?remains at 4.2.2 and it is possible to add up to 4.2.3 also known as ( 4.3) with a program that is on the official website of Alcatel .
Means no upgrade for the 4.4 kit -kat , because the internal memory is very small , and there is no room for more . Enjoy with 4.2.2 J. B is excellent .

first of all you have to do is put the SD memory card if possible class 10 , with 4gb , or 8gb or 16GB . then follows;
1- settingd- storage - cached data- clear for all apps .
do this every day.
2. Settings - Applications- all - and here, all those applications that you do not use ,' uninstall or move to SD card , but there are applications that you can not be transferred into the SD card so if you do not use them then do ''Disable''. Do not be afraid to do this because this is only release internal memory and the applications that are within the program that you can not delete them.
The internal memory is 4GB and is divided into 2GB for android program and 2GB for installing new applications and ( for, picture videos, games ,etc.) means there is not much space so all those unnecessary images videos, games etc , that are in the phone's internal memory transferred to SD Card , or PC or delete them.

My internal memory is draining even though I'm not using it. And because of that, I am unable to do other activities on my phone since its already full and cannot able to open any application. I hope you can help me with this.

Maldita, 02 Dec 2015few commands on Camera setting.. Maldita , if you are not satisfied with the standard camera app , then go to PlayStore and download ''CAMERINGO'' application , - this is one of the best free apps for the camera , of course the payment has more features but this one which is free comes with a lot of options so try it and enjoy it.

Turn off the phone and wait for 1-2 minutes and turn on again. This should solve the problem. and off the phone once a week overnight.
This has nothing to do with your problem but, Keep the battery between 30 % -90 % to prolong battery life.
