Well what can I say 'bout this phone is it is amazing and beautiful. What do people expect from this phone with its price tag. Its easy to use and no bloated UI like the ones in Samsung's. The display, amazing and very bright. When i said very bright, its very bright. Even with the lowest brightness, its still too bright. Speaker was loud and got some distortion. Back camera I think is amazing, maybe more function or settings would be more beyond amazing. Front camera somehow was not very satisfied. Instead, with good lighting surround, its capture some nice photo. For the button, sometimes its not responsive. Internal storage sucks. Nice matte blue back body. Screen has some serious problem. Through time, the screen will develop white spot or is too bright. Battery life was really good. Damn good. Case was so hard to find one, even Alcatel's store dont have it.
To conclude, its amazing and powerful device. Some minor cons was the front camera, internal storage, outdated OS, screen quality and unresponsive button.
PS: Current device was the second device already cause the first one dropped into the water accidentally. Sincerely from my opinions. Cheers!

Alcatel pop c9 is suck and it is the worst phone ever the android system, time service, and monkey test keep running and i think it is a virus. The phone was not that good im regreting because i buy it and it doesnt wrk well. But the battery is excellent you also use it as back up phones it last 2 daysthe only problem is the malware/virus. How can i fix this? Thanks pls help

I like this phone. I have been using this phone for over a year now and initially I had slightly a hard time with ads and app updates until i disabled them. after that everything ran smoothly.This phone is durable compared to the other local brand I tried which broke down after just six months. So to those complaining,please check your settings. I have a niece who dropped it about almost 10x and yet it is still intact and functioning well. One suggestion though, please delete other preinstalled app. Theyre useless. Thank you.

why i cant connect to wifi..but the phone wifi signal of my brother is strong.when i connect "not in range" appears.. 2 pocket wifi and 2wifi router ill try to connect but im lost...cant connect..pls help me..what did i do??

those who has ads in their phone, if the app pop on the notification bar just hold it and then click app info, any app that pop up, after you click app info, click disable or uninstall. clear everything. my phone alcatel pop C9, and my phone used to be like your current phone condition but then i disable this and that, it became a normal phone without advertise pop up.

I'm using Alcatel popc9 and it is really bad. Been using it for about a year and advertisements keep pop up and it is making me mad. and the screen became glitched but not all the time. One day, I accidentally click the p*rn advertisement at public and someone saw it and I felt so embarrassed. Please fix that. I don't want anyone anymore to experience the same thing.

I think every 5 mins, some 'android system' will appear then it will... moreneed to find an application that automatically download apps or,
make factory data reset and releases of these problems, because the problem is not in the phone than in an application you've installed and it works in the background and it is like having a virus that doing these things.

This phone really sucks!
I think every 5 mins, some 'android system' will appear then it will black out for a while. Maybe there's a problem regarding its system. I really don't know. And when its connected to wifi, it will automatically install applications and upgrade some build in apps. Why is it has may build in apps which is unnecessary? I've already did factory reset yet the same problem appears. And also its not working properly. When its connected to internet, it will hang. It will stuck on the app, not working, not responding when Im pressing the back or even exit. Its a crap! I just wasted my money.

worst phone ever !!!
I am using this phone for the past 7 months. It is the worst phone I have ever used. It has inbuilt applications which keep on sending you dirty advertisements every 5 minutes in full screen mode. It is a big headache to close these advertisements on screen. You cannot uninstall these apps bcos these are inbuilt apps. Now after having daily headache with advertisements last week the screen turned off. I tried a lot by switching off and on but no use. I took it to the seller and now the seller says he needs minimum 1 month to get it repaired. Please dont buy this phone or any other phone from Alcatel. They dont even have updates since android 4.2. Also the apps cannot be installed on storage card while the inbuilt memory is not really good enough to install additional apps

Just can't figure out reasons why apps such as whatapp and wechat are not coming in real time. Especially when phone goes into standby mode and yes under battery management I have already unchecked the disconnect data when in standby. So no reason why it shouldnt be receiving the notification of incoming data. Very sickening having a phone that does not keep me updated on incoming messages on real time.
