Apple begins battery replacement program for iPhone XR, XS, and XS Max Smart Battery Case

Apple has launched a new battery replacement programs for some models of its Smart Battery Case. The program covers models for 2018 iPhones including the iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max that are experiencing issues with charging.

Affected Smart Battery Cases have one of two issues: The Case’s battery may not be charging or charging intermittently or, the Case doesn’t charge the iPhone or charges it intermittently. This applies to Cases produced between January 2019 and October 2019 and those with cases that meet the criteria are eligible for a free replacement.

Customers can contact an Apple Authorized Service Provider, Apple Support, or make an appointment with an Apple Store. Check the Source link for details about the battery exchange program on Apple's Support page.

Duh, me. I had a perfectly good iPhone, why would I upgrade. with trade in I spent $1000 that I didn't need to.

haha, Twice for buying the case for the 11 pro. At least this one I am not constantly removing like the other one.

Wich android phone did you replace at every 6 months becouse of the battery? Not to say that all have around 2 years waranty
