With only 3 gigs of ram it just isnt worth it. After years and years of updated it will low down dramatically, thats how it went with all my old iPhones. 4 should be minimum honestly.

I suggest Apple iPad 8th Generation because it has many better specifications like large screen display and Apple Pencil support. I own both of them and iPad Air 4 as well.
