Hi i would like to know i bought new ipad 3 wi fi +cellular then i didnt have sim i dont know what sim should i used in order can receive calls and text messages. However today i buy sim card the samevwhat i used in my iphone 4s it appears 3g not 4g and it says ipad 3 is isnt 3g but 4g?

I use mine for web browsing, video netflix + inbuilt media, silly games.
To be honest i would get the Note Tab instead but i couldn't get hold of a 3G one anywhere.

Whi... moreiPad 3 is without the SIM Card slot and iPad4 is with SIM Card slot, meaning you can still connet even without a wi-fi signal and since you have a SIM card in your iPad, al you need is a load or a subscription for internet purposes. Both iPad 3 and 4 are considered the NEW iPad.
I guess, you can still make a call by using an application just browse it in iTunes store.

iPad is excellent for reading e-books (in pdf, chm, epub and iSilo formats) and listening music. But you will need to purchase chm reader and iSilo reader from apple store. Pdf & epub are default readers in iBooks (already installed on iPad.
