I use my iPad mainly for word processing and spreadsheets so there was no reason to go with the Pro model, which is about $200 more expensive. Good luck with your studies!

If you're not a programmer or a heavy editor, you can go for this. For storage enhancement, you can buy SSDs or USB Type C flash drives. Enjoy it :)

Hi, im a student..I want to use ipad air as my tablet computer like doing words, powerpoint, store some notes and using for meeting. Im also like to editing photos, video just little bit.I calculate price per 64gb is much expensive than price per 256gb. So which one the best option either 64gb or 256gb?

i just bought a green colour model and i think its a lot better than the iphone mini with the huge notch and the iphone 11 series with the midnight colour green.well done apple.

The iPad Air 2020 has a much higher single core speed than... moreA14 has better single core performance than a12z...but less multicore performance. Regarding Gpu a14 gpu seems to be optimised for metal based workloads... but raw power of a12z gpu is more... see the 3dmark gpu benchmarks...Ram management is more optimised with a14... onboard storage memory read n write may b better in a12z

The iPad Air 2020 has a much higher single core speed than even the newest iPad Pro with a slightly and I mean slightly lower multicore speed. So the new a14 is much better than the a12 regardless of cores

Ck, 26 Oct 2020iPad pro 2020 just costs 50$ more for better display ,speakers and features! Nobody should ever buy the 256 gb version. In all cases with Apple products buy the lower memory version and get external storage. Much cheaper and you can expand as much as you need

I installed a few additional ... more64 gb is good if you don't have to keep photos/videos/music,and if you need you can buy a ssd which you can purchase as per your requirement which is better to invest one time rather than going for highers memory at 10k to 15k extra on ipad higher variant.

I installed a few additional apps including YouTube, Google Maps and Earth (but no games yet) and I have about 50Gb left. Certainly, for my needs, 64Gb is more than enough. You can also delete pre-installed apps such as GarageBand, which uses 1.55Gb, to free up memory if you need to. So, it all depends on your requirements in the end. Hope this helps.

Still ipad air 3rd generation is considered better overall for your little more power hungry tasks and better display with wide color gamut and also as it has some extra features. If you are going to hold it in hand very often, go for ipad mini 5. Never mind 64gb. U can buy SanDisk pendrive for few more dollars. U can use that for ipads, iphones and save a lot just buying 64gb variant apple products. Instead of spending more on 256gb variant, spend less than that and get the apple pencil 1st gen. Overall my suggestion is
1. Ipad 8th genration ( basic stuff enough for ur tasks) or ipad air 2019 64gb (better display, camera, Bluetooth 5.0 for less latency)
2. Apple pencil 2st generation
3. 64 or 128gb SanDisk pendrive (lightning usb compatible)
