Battery life is great. Camera is great in low light, but it is slow. The slowness has cost me many shots. Tonight, the moon was shining through the moving clouds and I pulled out this iPhone to take a pic... Within a few seconds the moon went behind the clouds while the camera app was still preparing to take the pic. I was quite frustrated because any of my older iPhones would have at least taken the photo...
The swipe up to unlock or switch apps is awful. Sometimes I swipe up six or seven times before it registers the gesture. In all honesty, this phone has me eying my old iPhone 8+ which is paid for and also has great battery life. I am very tempted to go back to that 8+ because it offers less frustration and it “just works”.
I have owned this phone for three months now and do not see the value in the inflated price. Like a few other Apple products these days, it is a mediocre delivery. As an Apple apologist, this bothers me.

I bought this phone two days ago and i am very surprised how good it is. The camera (night mode is too good), music and display as well are all awesome.

When consumers want to invest to their phones and want that better ones, most are buying iPhone. IPhone owns ultra high end and high end markets. Not many are willing to pay for Android flagships, in the end people are buying the whole packet and all the parts have to be good and balanced. That’s why iPhone is so popular, it’s not about invidual features or functions.
Also iPhone isn’t overpriced, overpriced products won’t sell. IPhone does, it’s those Android flagships which are overpriced for what they offer. Again it’s not about invidual features or functions. It’s Hardware + OS and everything between them.

I love it.
Transferring data my old iPhone 6s to the 11 Pro was incredible: Using bluetooth, the new iPhone one had a circle with a 3D effect sphere of swirling stars, the old one had a circle which had to be aligned with the sphere below and straight away the data transfer initiated. Settings, custom ring tones, wallpaper, icon positions, WiFi password... everything transferred without a glitch. It was very impressive.
Face ID works extremely well, it's instant, using swipes to swap/close apps is very simple, so no, I don't miss the home button at all.
The camera takes amazing photos, especially in low light conditions.
The iPhone 11 Pro is a very expensive smartphone but wow, it's awsome.
