I have an iPhone 12 on 15.3 right now and it’s stable as ever! I won’t update the firmware unless it’s really needed. All apps I use falls under the bar. But it definitely gets warm on moderate usage and have to charge frequently. That’s is a major letdown on this one. Otherwise it flies through all the apps as it’s intended to be.

I switched 3 days ago from iphone 12 to iphone 13 the battery is awesome on the iphone 13

I use an iphone 12 and I can say that it is a great phone. iOS is smooth and secure and I recommend everyone to use it

I just bought an 14 pro after using my iPhone 12 for 18 months. The only reason i did this is because my battery cover is damaged.
My battery is still at 90% health and there is no lag, even though it is inly 64GB variant and nearly full of games and photos. Probably worth buying one if you can find a good deal as they eill get updates until approximately 2024/5.

Only if are low-end or mid-range, in the high-end aren't bad.

There are a list of reasons but most important ones and software is designed optimally as per hardware specifications which supports long term utilization of a single iPhone then is the security and high level of difficulty to breach in it and last the software support for a long time with no lag in performance even after years of use

This may be a case with ur next android phone so will u reject android for this reason. iPhone 12 battery is perfect i am using it since almost 2 yrs. May be u have used some third class third party charger or ur phone might have faced overheating issue in sunlight etc. the biggest enemy of iPhone battery health is heat. And it might be the case that out of thousands ur phone is one odd that has manufacturing fault.
