I love this phone but for some reason my ones battery degraded down to 86% battery health in less than a year, I bought it as an apple certified refurbished.
Stereo speakers, Two cameras all while being 7.4mm
Imagine how better this will be if Apple kept making Minis instead of the new iPhone Air.
2200mah or 2400mah doesn't sound all that bad if we take into consideration all the new advancements in power efficiency (3nm chips, LTPO3) and how small the screen is.
But consumers have voted with their wallet, and it looks like they don't deserve a device they can comfortably handle with just one hand. (It's not as if the Plus or the Air sold any better)

I don’t know if you guys feel the same way that before 120hz exists, iPhone 60hz was buttery smooth. Hands down. However, when 120hz promotion display came to iPhone 13 series, it kind of felt that they minimise it to 60hz with no smoothness like a batter Saving option. If you compare to iphone se 3rd gen to iPhone 12 mini or 13 mini. You can feel that se is way smoother than 12 or 13 mini.
Can someone give me more details why it is feeling that way..

iPhone 13 mini might by ok still battery issue for gaming. Proc 5nm also but was improved in gpu
I use it as my main it’s often in MagSafe charger so when I go out it’s fully charged. I don’t spend full day outside like chino phones and all. I think it has issues with 5g too, either apple bad design or small battery , or both.
But overall it’s great, iOS has lot , lotof annoyances and bugs but it still lot more reliable than chinophones particularly. and that’s what I want now, something reliable and I can carry in pocket without feeling it.

Thinking of buying it used but im not sure if its the right choice. I will use it for gaming (roblox and brawl stars) and social media (youtube and instagram). I have previously had an s5 neo so i dont think the screen size is an issue. If you have any other recomendations then feel free to share them.

Using 12 mini on ios 26 beta 2, smooth and battery lasts 3 to 4 hours on bh 84% with now support qi2 15w wireless charging.Its a great phone for secondary phone

it's still a sh.t of a battery, and i h.ate iOS (android is not far from worse indya googoo walled garden too anyway) .but i like if, i don't know why... i put it often on wireless stand to have it charged enough for going out
the biggest bummer of battery seems the stand by, and particularly network (LTE/5G) apple is very bad at that (even macbook air is bad standby...), they probably use some java/php/python/js and other sh.t xcode remote devs nowadays too
conclusion, idk how they (apol) can put so much sh.t software into a such a wonderful piece of hardware. they are just good and making people addicted to get their cash and use poor pepple to make their sh.t, that's how drogdealers do too. same methods, it's just more legal.

Hush your mouth because I main an ip12 mini and the battery isn’t good but not 2 hours of usage. Do more research before spewing rubbish

I bought it as a whim
It was fun for .... A week.
Then realized doesn't fit any apps anymore - doesn't even fit iOS itself, some part of gui are out of screen or need gymnastic to select. Simoly say, it's too small.
Then battery stressed me out all the time so i catried a battery pack - then what purpose of 'mini' ?
Then, renewed with 80% battery capacity of an already tiny battery is, uselesss...
Camera was still good to me but not in low light or selfie
And, not usb c, a real a anoyance. Wireless super slow.
Drains battery in standby (data maybe ? if I've to switch data off all the time, no....)
Mid range androids have now better procs
It was great... It's time, 5 or 4 years ago.
Love the cute form factor, i prefer SE for design, how smart it looks . But... It's almost useless.
Anyway I'm sure you'll want to try if you read that

Bought this phone, i'm loving it. The battery is.. uh...okay, Gaming on it is so goood but can heat up sometimes but it's okay! I LOVE the design. The camera is great, I LOVE IT. It can take really sharp photos. I recommend this phone for others!

BUT if youre on a budget id rather say the SE
